If you can't upload the resume or you find difficulties when upload the resume from the Glints App, here are the tips that may help you:
1. Please make sure that your file in PDF format with size maximum 5 MB.
2. If the Resume File is still in WPS format or other format, we suggest you to convert first to PDF format.
3. Or you can try to choose the resume directly from the file manager or "My Device" or the folder with the title of device type. You can see the picture below.
4. Please make sure that your file is really uploaded and saved in the app. After you choose the resume, will appear notification "Berhasil Ditambahkan".
and then click "Simpan" to save the changes and wait until show a notification "Tersimpan"
5. If it still persist, please send us the screen record of the problem and your resume file to our email hi@glints.com. You can take the screen record by downloading the screen record app from Google Play or using the screen recorder feature that already available in your device.
