To sign in to Employers Account, the user needs to request the 2FA Verification Code that will be sent to the user’s email address. But if you don’t receive the email, you can find with these way:
- Find the email in spam/junk folder
- Find the email by typing the keyword "(your email name), here's your Glints verification code".
But if you still cannot find the email, you can contact us by email email@example.com with the subject “Not Received 2FA Verification Email” and provide the registered email to us.
If the email issue persists, please consider changing your default 2FA setting to SMS by indicating it on the Account Settings page.
