If you have any issue, feedback, or question when using Glints Apps, now you can send a message to our team directly from Glints App. You can follow this way:
1. Open your Glints App
2. Go to the problem page
3. Shake your device or take a screenshot from your device, and after that a pop up message will show up on your screen like the picture below:
4. From the options above, you can choose one of them based on your concern either Report a Bug, Feedback or Questions. After choose one of then, you will be directed to the next page.
5. On the next page, you will see a page like picture below. It will appear your email, the screenshot of the problem page, description box to write the chronology of the issue or feedback or questions, and option to take a screen record, screenshot or upload the picture from the device. You can delete the screenshot attached if you wont to send anything, just click the (x) icon on the picture.
6. First thing first, you can write on the description box to describe the problem/feedback/questions.
7. Then, if you want to share the screenshot or screen record of your problem page, you can choose one of the options like the picture below:
- If you want to take a screen record, you can click "Ambil Rekaman Layar" and then you can follow these step:
- After clicking the options, you will see pop up message and you can click start now:
- Then you will directed to the problem page with the red button to start record, click the button to start:
- And then it will start record the problem page. To share the video with the voice, you can turn on the microphone icon, and to stop you can click the red square button
- If you want to take a screenshot directly from the form, you can choose "Ambil tangkapan layar" and then it will directed to the next page. You will see the camera icon, then you can click it to capture.
8. After you done completing the form, you can click send to send the form to our team.
