- If you have created the company account, you can click the "Company Profile".
- You will be redirected to the Company Profile page. Here, you can scroll down or click "Company Document".
- You need to fill in the "Registration Number". You can also upload your "Company Legal Document" as the supporting details.
- Next, you can click Save Changes after successfully uploading the NPWP and filling in the NIB.

Please note that if you are unable to click "Save Changes", it may be because you have not completed all the required information (marked with a blue asterisk). Therefore, we recommend filling in all the necessary information.
Please wait for further updates from our team as we require 2x24 business hours to verify your legal documents. Our team will contact you via the registered WhatsApp and email for further verification.
My company status is "Failed", what should I do?
If you have uploaded legal documents, there are certain conditions where your company's verification status may become "Failed", as shown below:
This happens because some requirements from your legal documents still need further verification. Therefore, we recommend that you re-upload your legal documents or contact us at hello@glints.com for further assistance.
It’s been more than 2 days, but my company verification has not been processed
If this occurs, please contact our team again through hello@glints.com with the subject 'Company Verification'. Our team will follow up to ensure your company verification is processed in a timely manner.
