How long does it take for the GEC team to follow up on a learner who purchased a 'special' class (ex: On-Demand Series, Subscription Plan, etc.)?

For every class ticket you purchase, we recommend that you always read the Terms and Conditions on each class page.

For On-Demand Series and Subscription Plan purchases, after you have completed the Google form, you can access your tickets in the "My Tickets" section and select "Get Zoom Link." We will process your tickets within 2 working days after you have completed the Google form.
