The name on the e-certificate will match the profile name of your Glints account. Therefore, before redeeming the certificate, ensure that you have used the full name and email that you desire. Glints cannot rename certificates that have already been sent or issued.
This is because our system has been integrated with Zoom, so the certificate sent will later be on behalf of the Glints profile account that purchased it according to the registered email.
For that, make sure you buy tickets with your own Glints account. Changing the name during the Zoom session is possible, but the certificate will still be sent and appear in the Glints account where the email is used along with the name associated with the account. We are not responsible for name errors on certificates resulting from this.
