Before to know how to get the webinar link, we suggest you to read How to Purchase a Class on Glints ExpertClass? and then here are the steps after you click "Get Webinar Link/Join Webinar" to register yourself for the webinar.
For your information, to access the link class on Glints ExpertClass is different for each classes based on the type of class and the platform that will use for the class (Zoom Meeting/Zoom Webinar). We suggest you to read "Terms and Conditions" that you can find on the details of the class page that will help you to understand this article.
If the button "Get Webinar Link"
If you see the Button is "Get Webinar Link" it means that the class will use Zoom Meeting as a platform. Here's the steps to get the link:
1. After the payment is successful, you can click "Get Webinar Link"
2. Or you can access "Tiket Saya" or "My Tickets" in dropdown that you can find at the upper right corner of the Glints page. And you will see the list of your transaction there.
3. Then you will be directed to Zoom Page and you will find a form. Make sure that you fill in all of the inquiries and click "Register"
Notes: For the "Email Address" and "Confirm Email Address" please use the same email as the email that you used to register the class (or your Glints Account)
4. After click "Register" you will be directed to the next page and you will find that your meeting registration is approved. You can find the description of the class, the webinar link and also you can "Add to Calendar" so you will not forget to attend the class.
5. If you forget to find the link, don't worry, Zoom will also send you a webinar link to your email that you used to register the class. (You can check your inbox, spam, junk or promotions)
If the button "Join Webinar"
If you see the Button is "Join Webinar" it means that the class will use Zoom Webinar as a platform. Here's the steps to get the link:
1. After the payment is successful, you can click "Join Webinar"
2. Or you can access "Tiket Saya" or "My Tickets" in dropdown that you can find at the upper right corner of the Glints page. And you will see the list of your transaction there.
3. Then you will be directed to Zoom Page and make sure that you already have the Zoom App to join the webinar. Click "Open Zoom Meetings" to continue.
4. After that you will be directed to Zoom App. If you found this page, you can wait the day of the webinar and then Zoom will send you a webinar link via email.
5. To access the link of webinar again, Zoom will send you an email for the webinar link to your email that you used to register the class. (You can check your inbox, spam, junk or promotions)
Notes: Please make sure to click "Get Webinar Link / Join Webinar" to get the link. If you don't click it, you will not receive the link. Also make sure to register yourself maximum 2 hours before the class begin. And if you have any difficulties to access the webinar link, please contact us directly to hi@glints.com
