1. Enter the Zoom Webinar room
One hour before the class starts, we will send an email containing a Zoom link to your classroom so that you can begin preparing for the class. Click the "Start Class" button to enter the classroom.
*Notes:
- Ensure that you have downloaded the Zoom application on your PC/Laptop beforehand to be able to fully operate the class and avoid technical problems.
- It is MANDATORY to conduct classes using a Laptop/PC and the use of HP/Smartphones is not allowed.
2. Check Mic, Share Screen and Video functionality
After entering the classroom, please ensure that your microphone/audio, video, and screen sharing functions are working properly. This step is necessary to ensure a smooth running of the class:
- At the bottom left, you will find icons for the Microphone and Video. Click on these icons to test your audio and video.
- At the bottom center, you will find a Share Screen feature to display your presentation materials. Click on it and check if this feature is working properly.
3. Install Glints ExpertClass Virtual Background
After ensuring that your audio, video, and screen sharing features are working properly, please install the Glints ExpertClass virtual background. You can download it through the following link: https://bit.ly/backgroundklasgec
How to Install Virtual Background:
- Click on the arrow button located next to the "Start Video" feature.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Choose Virtual Background."
- Click on the [+] button, as shown below, to add the virtual background you have downloaded.
- Select the desired virtual background from your files.
- Close the virtual background installation options window.
4. Start the Class On-Time
You are required to start presenting the Webinar material at the agreed time. If the Webinar is scheduled for 19:00 WIB, then the presentation must start promptly at 19:00 WIB. Begin by greeting the participants who have attended and sharing your screen to display the presentation materials you will be presenting.
5. Please ensure that you follow our recommended delivery structure.
Please follow the class session structure outlined below to facilitate the class process for both you and the participants:
- Opening/Opening Session: 5 minutes
- Submission of Material: Minimum 60 minutes
- Q&A/Q&A Session: 30 - 60 minutes
- Closing: 5 minutes
Click the “End” button in the lower right corner and select “End for All” to end the session and notify your class PIC when the class is over.
**Alternative To Your Classroom
You can directly visit the class page via the class link provided by the PIC/team from Glints through your Class Preparation Document. Login to your Glints account, and click the “Start Class” button to redirect you to the class Zoom room.
*Please ensure that you can see the "Start Class" button on your class page. If the button is not visible, please verify that you have logged in using the correct account. If you require assistance, please reach out to your class PIC for further support.
