Terms and Conditions for Expert(s)
- Class details submitted by the Expert (such as class title, class date, main learning points, and others) through the Expert registration platform may be adjusted according to Glints' provisions and will be mutually agreed upon after the signing of the SPK (work agreement) through an onboarding session or class preparation documents.
- Glints will make an effort to accommodate the class date proposed by the Expert. However, the class date will be adjusted according to Glints' schedule, which may differ from the Expert's initial proposal.
- Experts are required to register and complete their profile on Glints.com within a maximum of 3 days after the onboarding process. This ensures that students have access to an overview of the Expert's profile on our website.
- Experts are responsible for independently promoting their classes through various channels, such as LinkedIn or other social media accounts.
- Experts are prohibited from sharing the Zoom class registration link with anyone unless they have purchased a ticket.
- Experts are not allowed to change class details that have been agreed upon during the onboarding process or in the class preparation documents.
- In the event of class cancellation or rescheduling, the Glints team will inform the Expert to discuss the rescheduling of the class, no later than 1 day before the scheduled class.
- If an Expert requests a sudden class rescheduling (non-Force Majeure) due to their own condition, they must contact the Glints PIC (Point of Contact) at least 3 days before the class takes place. Sufficient evidence must be provided, meeting requirements such as an Official Letter, Doctor's Letter, and COVID-19 PCR/Antigen Results in PDF/JPEG format or a barcode screenshot from Pedulilindungi.
- Administrative fees for refunding participant tickets caused by schedule changes from the Expert's side will be deducted from the Expert's income before tax, with a nominal value of IDR 6,500 per ticket.
- If an Expert requests a class rescheduling without sufficient evidence and without meeting the requirements stated in point number 8, within a maximum period of 3 days after the class ends, the Expert will be subject to an additional penalty of IDR 75,000, which will be deducted from the Expert's income before tax.
- If an Expert submits a sudden cancellation (non-Force Majeure) within 3 days before the scheduled class, they must provide proof that meets the requirements stated in point number 6. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of IDR 200,000 imposed by the Glints team.
- If a class is not conducted due to negligence on the Expert's part, it will be considered as an abrupt cancellation, and Glints has the right to impose a penalty fee of IDR 200,000 on the Expert.
- If an Expert violates any of the above terms and conditions, they will be banned from the Glints ExpertClass system for a period of 6 months.
Ownership
- With the expert's permission, Glints Indonesia can distribute presentation materials to participants at no additional cost.
- All materials and content prepared for this class will be recorded and used by Glints Indonesia for safety and quality development purposes.
- In this condition, if a participant quotes a statement from the expert during the live webinar, Glints Indonesia is not responsible for the participant's use of that quote.
