Refunds are only valid if:
- The class has been canceled by Glints ExpertClass.
- Participants do not receive a link to the classroom (Zoom) to join the class that they have purchased.
Refunds are not valid, if:
- Participants are unable to attend the class due to personal reasons such as time constraints, forgetfulness, or connectivity issues.
- Participants failed to carefully read the Terms and Conditions stated on each class page, resulting in them missing important instructions they were supposed to follow.
- The classes attended are organized by Partners of Glints ExpertClass.
