Proof of payment for your class will be automatically sent after the transaction is complete. The proof of payment you receive will depend on the platform you use to purchase the class tickets.
- Purchase through the website or Glints ExpertClass desktop site
After purchasing tickets through the Glints ExpertClass website/desktop site, you will receive an email immediately after completing the transaction. The email will have the subject "Payment confirmation for Order [Your Purchase Order ID]" and will be sent by Xendit.
- Purchase through Glints Apps (Android only)
To purchase class tickets through the Glints application, you will receive a class payment confirmation from Google Play. If you are unable to locate it, please follow these steps to check your Google Play transaction history:
- Open the Play Store application on your mobile phone/smartphone.
- Tap on your profile icon located at the top right corner.
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" and then choose "Budget & history".
- Tap on "Purchase history".
