Instead of using the traditional method of applying for job vacancies, you can now apply and engage in conversations with recruiters after submitting your answers to hiring manager questions through Glints app.
Chat to Apply provides you on being able to send and receive files such as images, documents, and more. Further, the Chat to Apply offers several notable highlights for candidates to utilize:
- ‘Share CV’
You can share their CVs as attachments, providing additional information during the recruitment process.
- ‘Template’ message
You have the ability to create your own template messages or choose pre-written templates Glints has provided, which results in saving your valuable time while ensuring their messages are concise, professional, and impactful.
As candidates, you can also benefit from viewing application status updates through chat, in addition to notifications and emails. Moreover, you will receive application status updates as simple messages sent by the recruiters, enhancing the personal touch compared to system-generated messages.
