How does the Glints Chat feature work?

With the Glints Chat feature, employers are now able to send instant messages to communicate directly with candidates.

After the candidates submit their hiring managers' questions through the mobile app to apply for the jobs, the employers can easily curate the candidates who meet their requirements. The ‘chat’ button will be shown on the right side of the candidates’ lists and on the header tab.
