In what way do I know the candidates have read my chat?
When a message is viewed by the candidates, you then will see a double checklist indicating that the message has been seen or read.
Will I receive notifications for new chat messages from candidates?
Absolutely! You have the option to receive notifications for new chat messages through two options:
- The “Chat” button next to your profile tab.
- The “Chat” button [header] on the Manage Candidate Dashboard.
The new message will be shown in “red” notifications.
Will the candidates’ job status application I’ve made on chat also be informed in emails?
Yes, you will receive email notifications regarding the job status application updates you have made. In addition to receiving notifications on the chat platform, candidates can expect to be informed about any changes in their application status via email. This integration ensures that candidates stay informed about the progress of their application through both chat and email channels.
Please note that email notifications will be received if their job status is only changed into the “assessment” and “interviewing” stages.
What does a job status application mean?
Job-status application refers to the current stage or status of a job application, indicating whether the candidates' job application is under review, processed, interviewed, rejected, etc. Learn more about job status applications here.
Am I still able to chat with the candidates even though the job posts are closed?
Yes! As long as you have an ongoing chat with the candidates, then you can still continue to chat with them.
