Doing a phone call with candidates through Glints Chat on the Glints for Employers website

Currently, we only offer the option to exchange phone numbers, allowing you to communicate with candidates outside of Glints Chat. This enables you to make phone calls independently, facilitating direct communication with candidates. 

As an alternative, you can make a phone call through WhatsApp or Telegram.
