For those of you who are having difficulties to update to the new version of the app, you can refer to these steps below:
Android users:
- Please try closing your Google Play Store application.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Search for Google Play Store > Select Google Play Store.
- Tap “Storage and cache”.
- Tap “Clear storage”.
- Go back to your app home, access the Google Play Store and you should now be able to update to the latest Glints app!
iOS users:
Please try uninstall the Glints app and reinstall the Glints app.
