I cannot update my Glints app to the latest version

For those of you who are having difficulties to update to the new version of the app, you can refer to these steps below:

Android users:

• Please try closing your Google Play Store application.
• Go to Settings > Apps > Search for Google Play Store > Select Google Play Store.
• Tap “Storage and cache”.
• Tap “Clear storage”.
• Go back to your app home, access the Google Play Store and you should now be able to update to the latest Glints app!

iOS users: 

Please try uninstall the Glints app and reinstall the Glints app.
