We have released an exciting new version 1.27.0 of our app, we notice that some of you might have difficulties accessing it! This will be resolved in a few hours.
For those of you who are eager to update to the new version now:
Android users:
- Please try closing your Google Play Store application,
- Go to Settings > Apps > Search for Google Play Store > Select Google Play Store
- Tap “Storage and cache”
- Tap “Clear storage”.
- Go back to your app home, access the Google Play Store and you should now be able to update to the latest Glints app!
iOS users: Please try uninstall the Glints app and reinstall the Glints app.
If the issue please persist, please send shake your device on Glints app and you can report it via Instabug.
