Registration and Assessments in Glints Vetted Talent

1. I already have a Glints account, do I need to register again?

Yes. If you already have an account with Glints.com, please use the same email address to register for Glints Vetted Talent.

2. How can I register for Glints Vetted Talent?

You may find the registration form on https://vettedtalent.glints.com. Registration will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

3. What will I be assessed on?

You will have the opportunity to showcase your technical and communication skills via a code assessment, technical skill assessments, and a video introduction. You will be assigned assessments based on your top skills and job preferences.

4. What if I cannot complete the assessments by the suggested deadline?

You are strongly encouraged to complete the assessments within 7 days because you have been identified as a potential candidate for at least 1 job opening. The earlier you pass all the assessments, the earlier you will be matched with job opportunities. As a job opportunity that is open this week may no longer be available the following week, you may miss the chance on a potential job match.

5. I did not pass one of the assessments. Can I try again? 

We suggest you register and try again in 3 months. We suggest 3 months because that will give you ample time to prepare for retaking the assessment.

6. What will be my next step after completing the assessments?

You will be provided with details on how to proceed with the job matching process. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, we will keep you informed whenever a suitable match is found. Typically, talents receive feedback on job matches within 3-4 weeks, although the waiting time may vary depending on your skills and job preferences, and it could be shorter or longer.

7. How long will the entire process take, from registration to job matching?

After registering, you will be required to complete a series of assessments that will typically take around 2-3 hours to finish.

Once you have successfully completed the assessments, we will begin the process of matching your profile with suitable job opportunities.

Upon passing the final assessment, you will be introduced to Vetted Talent, where you will be asked to sign an agreement. Two days following the agreement, you will receive an email to inform you about the status of your job recommendations. From there, you will simply need to wait for updates on potential job matches, which usually take approximately 3-4 weeks. In the event that you have not yet found a match, you may need to wait longer for a response from us.
