How can I start a chat using Talent Search & Chat?
Shortlist your potential candidas by applying filters. You can narrow down candidates based on location, expected salary, gender, years of experience, education level, skill, or company.
View a diverse pool of potential candidates who meet your criteria. Click on each candidate's profile to learn more about their qualifications If you decide to connect with a candidate, simply click the "Chat" button on their profile.
Select one of your active job listings that matches the candidate's profile, and then click "Mulai Chat" (Start Chat) to begin the conversation.
An automated chat message will be sent to the candidate. You can continue the conversation through notifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient exchange.

Can I use Chat with candidates even if I don't have an active job?
To initiate a chat with a candidate, you need to create an active job listing on your Employer Dashboard. This helps you communicate job opportunities to potential candidates more easily.
Is it possible to purchase the credits for Talent Search & Chat a la carte (without purchasing the Subscription Plan)?
Unfortunately, a la carte credits are currently not available. You may need to choose one of our packages to get credits. Contact our team to receive personalized recommendations.
How many credits will I receive for Talent Search & Chat?

If I have not used up all my credit slots this month, will the leftover credits carry over to the next month?
Yes, any unused credits will roll over to the following month. You can always check your available credits on the "Paket Saya" page.
What will happen to my credits if I upgrade the Subscription plan?
When you decide to upgrade your Subscription plan, your credits will be adjusted to the new quota based on your upgraded plan.
What happens to my unused credits if I switch from a Paid plan to a Free Plan?
If you decide to discontinue your Subscription plan, you will automatically be switched to the Free Plan. Your unused credits will be retained, and they do not have an expiry date.
Do I get my credit back if a candidate rejects my chat initiation?
No, your credit will be deducted once you initiate a chat with a candidate.
