How can I tell the difference between candidates from Talent Search/Recommended Talent and those from my active job?

Candidates you approach through Talent Search or Recommended Talent will have a tag.

For example, you can filter your chats by selecting the "Talent Search" box to display chats with candidates you've approached through Talent Search.
