When you use the Glints application to process candidates and create job post, you will certainly get notifications regarding applications or new chats from your active job listings.
You'll receive notifications for applications as well as new chats in two ways:
Push Notification
You'll receive a notification on your phone screen every time a new chat appears, to make sure you don't miss an important conversation.
In-app Notification
Notifications will be displayed within the chat interface itself, making it easy for you to stay updated on every incoming message without navigating out of the chat window.
Both notification options are designed to give you a seamless and efficient chat experience.
You can activate the notifications by going to the Chat menu, and click "Activate/Aktifkan".
You will receive the pop up banner, suggesting you to click "Settings/Pengaturan".
You will be redirected to your device settings, specifically on the notification settings. You can click "Allow notifications" and choose your preferred notifications' types.
I want to turn off notifications in the Employer Glints App
Before proceeding with this action, we'd like to emphasize that opting to disable any notifications within the app may result in missing important information or updates related to new applicants, new chats, or your job posts.
However, if you still wish to proceed, we recommend disabling notifications through your device settings.
- Navigate to your device settings.
- Select Glints app, and then proceed to disable or turn off notifications.
