When you use Glints Chat in the Glints Employer Application, you can take advantage of various features that we have also provided in the website version of Glints Chat, such as:

Candidate application status
It should be noted, through Glints Chat you can easily connect with candidates by using the "WhatsApp Candidate" feature that is already available.
However, please note that you can use WhatsApp to contact a candidate if you have changed the status of a candidate's application to "In Communication".
I want to edit or delete a chat in the Glints Employer App
Unfortunately, as of now, you are unable to delete or edit your messages within a chat. Nevertheless, upcoming updates may introduce improvements and additional customization features to elevate your chat experience. Stay tuned for further developments!
Can I download a CV sent by the candidate?
Yes! When you receive the candidate's CV, it will prompt the external browser, enabling you to utilize the browser for the download.
I would like to report a candidate who behaved inappropriately during the recruitment process
Unfortunately, in this release, the option to block or report candidates for inappropriate behavior is not available.
However, if you encounter any inappropriate behavior from the candidates, you can directly contact us through email at hello@glints.com with the Subject: Inappropriate Candidate Behavior by providing these details below:
