First of all, you are still referred to the old method of purchasing the premium features that Glints has provided. However, moving forward, you will automatically refer to credits as part of your Glints premium features utilization.
You can follow these steps below on how to utilize the Glints Credit system:
Glints Credit Display - Pre Purchase

Log in to your employer/company account through employers.glints.com and navigate to the "Features" tab.

Here, you can see the "All Features" and "Purchased" sections. It allows you to explore the premium feature that matches with your current recruitment needs. For the "Purchased" section, it refers to the current balance (was "My Plan") that you have purchased through the old methods.

On the same tab, you can view your current balance and package as well. Just simply click the "Top Up" and "See My Plan" button.
Make Purchases on Glints Credit

Log in to your employer/company account through employers.glints.com and navigate to the "Premium Feature" tab.

Click "Top Up", and choose the packages that suit your preferences.

During checkout, select the option to pay using your credit balance.

After you complete the payment, then you are now able to utilize your credits based on your needs!
Glints Credit Utilization - After Purchase
With the credits that you have purchased, you can start to use them to boost your job posts or find the most suitable potential candidates through Recommended Talent.
For example, if you want to utilize the credits for "Hot Job", you can follow these steps below:

Go to your Employer Dashboard, choose the active job that you want to boost. Click "Boost with Hot Job".

You will get a pop up banner to confirm your payment. Since you have already purchased the credits, then you can continue to use it by "Pay with my credits".

The job has already been boosted and will remain active for 7 days after the boost. You can view its history by clicking on "View Job Boosts".
The same method is implemented as well if you want to use credits for Recommended Talent chat.
What happens to the balance I purchased with the old method before this new credit system was implemented?
Previously, you can see it through "My Plan".
With the new Glints Credit system, you can still track it through the "Premium Features" tab, on the "Purchased" section.
If you still have that balance, it's best to use it all before it expires. Then, you can start switching to using credits as your payment method for our premium features.
For instance, if you still possess a "Hot Job" balance, instead of utilizing credits, you will continue to be directed to use it through the old method.
What if my credits balance is insufficient?
If you've previously topped up your credits and used them, but find at one point they're insufficient to cover another premium feature, don't worry. Instead of purchasing new credits, you can simply use your remaining credits and make an additional payment equal to the price of the feature using the old method.
For instance, 1 Hot Job costs is equivalent to 300 credits. If you have 100 credits left, you only need to pay additional fees.
You can complete the payment using your preferred method. Once done, your job will be boosted.
Tracking my Glints Credits Balance Utilization
In the "Premium Feature" tab, you can easily track your order history, active jobs, and credits history.
You can choose which one you want to track. For example, in "Credit History", you can see all the details by simply implementing the filters based on the needs.
