"Reminder" in Manage Candidates

As part of our ways in providing the visibility of your job posts and optimizing your experience using Glints, we have implemented reminder that you can find in your active job listings on your Employer dashboard, as shown in the example below:

The reminder ensures that you can effectively manage job listings and maintain engagement in responding to candidates. It also serves as a reminder for you to continue processing all incoming candidate applications.

When you click "Manage Candidates", you will receive a reminder that the priority of your current job listing is being lowered.

What is "priority" and how does this reminder affect my current job listings?

The priority refers to the visibility or position of your active job listings displayed on the Glints platform. If you receive this reminder, it indicates that your job listings are currently not prioritized for easy viewing by candidates.

In relation to this, you are advised to:

1. Promptly process incoming applications in your job advertisements, such as changing status, engaging in conversations with candidates in Glints Chat, and others.
