If you use https://employers.glints.id website, then you can refer to Glints Credit on the following page.
Not much different from the website version, you can use Glints Credit through the Glints Employer application to:
- Top Up Glints Credit
- Use credits for Glints premium features
You can follow these steps:
Login with your employer/company account through the Glints Employer application. Select "Account", then head to the "Premium Features" tab.
Here, you can see the "All Services" and "Purchased" sections. For the "All Services" section, there are Job Boost and Recommended Talents. This allows you to explore Glints' premium features that suit your company's needs. In the "Purchased" section, this refers to the section where you can check the remaining balance/slots/packages that you have previously purchased with the old method.
To purchase Glints Credit, you can click "Top Up".
Choose a credit plan that suits your needs. If finished, you click "Top Up Now" [Top Up Sekarang].
You will be redirected to the "Confirm" [Konfirmasi] page. After that, you can continue paying through Apple Pay or Google Play.
After completing the payment, then you can start using the credit according to your needs!
Glints Credit Utilization
With the credits you've purchased, you can start using them to promote your active job listings through Job Boost or find candidates that match your needs through Recommended Talents.
For example, if you want to use credit for a "Job Boost", you can follow these steps:
Select the active job listings you'd like to boost. After that, click "Boost Job Exposure" [Boost Lowongan].
You will meet two conditions below:
- If you previously already purchased Job Boost using Glints Credit, you can continue by click "Start Boost" [Mulai Boost].

If you have previously topped up your Glints Credit balance and have not yet purchased Job Boost credits, you can select the Job Boost package you want first. Once selected, click "Buy and Boost" [Beli dan Boost]. This will automatically deduct the corresponding amount from your credit balance.
Your active job listing has been successfully boosted!
What happens to the credit balance/package that I have purchased before this Glints Credit system?
With the Glints Credit system, you can still see packages that have been owned/purchased previously through the "All Services" tab, especially in the "Purchased" section.
If you still have a previous balance, we recommend using it before the expiration period. After that, you can switch to using credits as a way to purchase Glints premium features.
For example, if you still have a previous "Job Boost" balance and want to use it, instead of being directed to use credit, you will still be directed to spend the balance you first used the old method.
What if my credit balance is not enough while in the middle of buying Glints premium features?
If you have previously topped up credit and used it, but in one condition your credit is not enough to buy premium features, then don't worry, you have two options:
- Purchase the package directly at the listed price on the website version without needing to top up.
- Use the remaining available credit and top up a credit package if desired.
For example, if you choose the first option, you can click "Confirm". Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected to the page stating that your job has been boosted.
Monitor Glints Credit Usage
Within "All Services", you can easily view the credit history that has been used.
