Job Boost on the Glints Employer app

If you are using the website ver to utilize Glints, you can refer to the Job Boost in this following page.

Job Boost is one of the attractive features offered in the Glints Subscription Package, which highly useful for enhancing the exposure of your job posts, making them more accessible to potential applicants.

By using Job Boost, you can optimize the visibility of your job advertisements and increase the number of applicants that meet your criteria by 50% to 100%.

Purchasing Job Boost

Please note that you can purchase Job Boost by utilizing Glints Credit. Learn more here. 

To purchase Job Boost in Glints Employer App, you can refer to "All Services" and choose "Purchase".

Please note that when you purchase Job Boost, you may encounter one of two conditions: your Glints Credit balance is sufficient, or it is not.

Purchase a Job Boost with sufficient Glints Credit balance

• After choosing Job Boost, you click "Buy Now". 

• When your credit balance is sufficient with the package or duration you choose, there will be information that your credit will be deducted automatically. You can continue by clicking "Confirm".

Buying a Hot Job with Insufficient Glints Credit Balance

• After choosing Job Boost, you click "Buy Now". 

When your credit balance is not enough with the package you choose, then there will be information that you have to pay more according to the conversion of the less credit price. If you agree, you can click "Confirm". After that, you can continue paying via Apple Pay or Google Pay methods. If completed, the Job Boost will be added automatically according to the duration you choose.

How to Use Job Boost

You can follow these two methods on utilizing Job Boost in Glints Employer App:

New Job Listings

• Login in your company account.
• Click the "+" button in your right below in the app.

• Fill in all information needed to your job listing. Please refer to this link on how to post a job in Glints Employer App.
• After posting a job, you will get a notification that your job has been successfully uploaded. You can continue by clicking "Boost job exposure".
• If you have already purchased a Job Boost slot, you can continue by clicking "Start Boost", and your Job Boost slot will be deducted automatically. 

• If you don't have a Job Boost package/slot, then you can still continue to boost your job by using your Glints Credit balance. Click "Buy Job Boost" then you are directed to a page to confirm the purchase using credits. If it is appropriate, you can click "Buy and Boost". Your credit will be deducted automatically.
• Once your payment is success, then your job post will have "Hot" label in candidate's perscpective in glints.com.

Existing Job Listings

• Login in Glints Employer App as employer account.
• In "Dashboard" tab, select the active job listings that you want to boost. You can continue by clicking"Boost job".

• If you have already purchased a Job Boost slot, you can continue by clicking "Starting Boost", and your Job Boost slot will be deducted automatically. 

• If you don't have a Job Boost package/slot, then you can still continue to boost your job by using your Glints Credit balance. Click "Buy Job Boost" then you are directed to a page to confirm the purchase using credits. If it is appropriate, you can click "Buy and Boost". Your credit will be deducted automatically.
