Recommended Talent is a premium feature of Glints that gives you customized candidate recommendation options for your active job listings based on our extensive database.
Recommended Talent offers a list of candidates relevant to your job listings, displaying your profile, background, and more.
Our system analyzes your active job listings and matches them with the most suitable candidates from our database. You'll receive a list of recommended candidates, making it easier for you to find the right candidate for your team.
Recommended Talent will show candidates who match your requirements and active job ad preferences. Review about 30-40 potential candidates after you've selected an active job listings.
Purchase Recommended Talent credits
Please note that you can purchase Recommended Talent using Glints Credits. Learn more about Glints Credit here.
To purchase Recommended Talent in the Glints Employers app, you can head to "Premium Services". After that, in the "All Services" section, click "Activate" in the Recommended Talent section.
Select the package based on your needs.
You can purchase through Glints Credit or manual payment. If you purchase through Glints Chat, then you will likely find two conditions, namely your Glints Credit balance is sufficient or not enough.
Buy Recommended Talent with sufficient Glints Credit balance
After selecting the Recommended Talent package, you click "Buy Now".
When your credit balance is sufficient with the package you choose, there will be information that your credit will be deducted automatically. If you agree, then you can click "Confirm".
Buying Recommended Talent with insufficient Glints Credit balance
After selecting the Recommended Talent package, you click "Buy Now".
When your credit balance is not enough with the package you choose, then there will be information that you have to pay more according to the conversion of the less credit price. If you agree, you can click "Confirm". After that, you can continue paying via Apple Pay or Google Pay methods. If completed, the Recommended Talent will be added automatically according to the package you choose.
After that, you can start using credits for your Recommended Talent!
Using Recommended Talent credits
Please note that the Recommended Talent feature can be used if you already have an active job listings. You can start activating your job listings first or start creating a new job listing if you haven't created one before.
- Login with your employer/company account in the Glints employer app.
- Choose the "Recommended Talent" page. Select your active job listings that you'd like to view.
- A list of recommended candidates will be visible on the page. You can start scrolling down and look in detail according to your preferences.
- You can maximize the use of filters in viewing recommended candidates as well.
- If you find a candidate that matches your preferences, start using your credits by clicking "Chat with Talent".
- In addition, you can request CVs to candidates during this session. For information, the primary message sent to the candidate after you click "Initiate Chat" cannot be edited. You can start a conversation with the candidate through Glints Chat.
Please note that you can utilize five FREE candidate chats at the beginning of using Recommended Talent in one active job listing. If you have used Recommended Talent more than five times, then you are required to start using the Recommended Talent credit balance.

If your Recommended Talent credit balance is not enough, then you will be automatically directed to buy it first using Glints Credit, or continue payment according to the credit price conversion (if your Glints Credit balance amount is less).
Recommended Talent Credit Rules
Is there a refund policy for unused credits?
We would like to inform you that Recommended Talent credits that have been purchased cannot be returned. Therefore, make sure to use your credit wisely.
If I haven't used all my credit slots this month, will the remaining credits carry over to the next month?
Unused credits will not be carried over to the next month. It is important to use all credits before the expiration date, as they will be reset.
What happens if a recommended candidate declines my chat?
In this case, the credit used to start the chat is non-refundable. Consider exploring other recommended candidates to maximize your credit score.
