Unlike other premium features, Glints VIP offers optimal visibility for both your job listings and your company profile. Additionally, Glints VIP allows you to enjoy exclusive features that can be utilized when posting job listings to meet your company's preferences and needs.
Please note that Glints VIP is a self-serve premium feature from Glints, allowing you to make purchases independently without being tied to a Glints Subscription Plan.
What Glints VIP Offers
With Glints VIP, you can optimize the use of exclusive features when creating job listings, such as adding mandatory information that candidates must provide, ensuring that applications are more relevant to your company's needs. The exclusive features offered by Glints VIP include:
Mandatory Profile Photo and CV/Resume
You can require candidates to attach their profile photo and CV/Resume when applying for your job listings.
Must-Have Requirements
You can set 'must-have' criteria such as location and education, which candidates must fulfill when applying for your job listings.

We provide the flexibility for you to choose whether or not to display salary expectations to candidates when they apply for your job listings.
[NEW] Screening Questions
We are introducing a new feature in Glints VIP that allows you to customize the criteria for candidates applying to your job listings using the Screening Questions provided by Glints. There are 7 customizable questions you can add to a better filter for relevant candidates! In addition, we also provide 3 custom questions that you can use to gauge how well candidates understand the job description or the skills required for the job posting you've created!
Competitive Job
Glints currently implements a job classification where some job openings will be classified as "Regular Job" and "Competitive Job" based on the type of job listings and location. If a job is labeled as a "Competitive Job", then you are required to be part of the Glints VIP. With the "Competitive Job", you can post jobs that are in high demand right now. When you go through the recruitment process through Manage Candidates, you can make the most of the premium filters that Glints VIP has provided. You will easily filter incoming applications because they have matched the information you need. You can save time in processing applications as well as easily get high-quality candidates that fit your company's needs!

Differences between VIP and Non-VIP Users
With Glints VIP, you will enjoy numerous benefits while processing candidates who apply to your job listings! Additionally, your company will gain increased visibility. For example, on the Account menu, you will get a 'VIP' badge in the top right corner, indicating that your account is part of Glints VIP. This feature is also available to all members of your company.
Similar to 'Hot Job', your job listings will be marked with a 'Premium Employer' label from the candidate's perspective. This makes your job listings stand out among others that do not have any premium features, attracting more attention from potential applicants when they see it.
When candidates view your company account, your company profile will have a special gold badge with an explanation that your account is a Premium Employer. This builds candidate trust in your company's credibility.
I Want to Purchase Glints VIP
Please note that you can purchase Glints VIP using Glints Credit. Learn more about Glints Credit here.
To purchase Glints VIP on the app, you can go to the Account Menu, then choose the "Upgrade to VIP Membership" banner. You can also click "Features" section, then to the "All Features" section. Please select "VIP" and click "Purchase/Extend".
Glints VIP offers various duration options that you can adjust according to your company's needs, such as 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months.
Please note that when you purchase Glints VIP, you may encounter two conditions: your Glints Credit balance is either sufficient or insufficient.
Purchase a Glints VIP with sufficient Glints Credit balance
After choosing VIP, you click "Purchase". When your credit balance is sufficient with the package or duration you choose, there will be information that your credit will be deducted automatically. You can continue by clicking "Confirm".
Buying a Glints VIP with Insufficient Glints Credit Balance
After choosing VIP, you click "Purchase". If your credit balance is not enough for the selected duration, you will be informed that you need to pay the additional amount required. If you agree, click "Confirm" to proceed with the payment through your desired method.
Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected to the page stating that your Glints VIP has been activated.
