How to Join the Glints Student Network

1. Ensure you have an account on the Glints Indonesia website or platform (link to site/platform) (“Glints Job Portal”) as indicated by a registered email address.
2. Register yourself through the following form: id.glints.com/registrasigsn-batch1.
3. If selected, you will receive an invitation to join the WhatsApp group for the Glints Student Network program.
4. Start promoting the Glints Job Portal or job listings on the platform with the ultimate goal to:
   • Encourage people who have not used or registered on Glints to create a Glints account.
   • Encourage users to apply for job vacancies listed on the Glints Job Portal
5. Registration for the Glints Student Network closes on December 5, 2024.

Terms & Conditions of the Glints Student Network Program

The Glints Student Network Program is an official program organized by PT Glints Platform Talenta ("Glints"), in which you, as an individual selected to become a Glints Student Network Member, promote Glints or products from Glints' job platform. This page contains the terms and conditions of the Glints Student Network program (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions").

1. Eligibility
Participants of the Glints Student Network program (referred to as "Glints Student Network Members") must meet the following criteria:

a. Be an Indonesian citizen with a minimum age of 17 (seventeen) years;

b. Have registered for the Glints Student Network program through the official link provided by Glints; and

c. Have been selected and directly appointed by Glints to participate in the Glints Student Network program and agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Glints Student Network program.

2. Glints Student Network Program Mechanism

a. Glints Student Network Members will receive an official invitation from Glints to join the WhatsApp group for the Glints Student Network program.

1. Glints Student Network Members can share a unique referral link specifically created for each member ("Custom Referral Link") through various channels with the goal of promoting: a. Job vacancies from Glints; and/or b. Downloads of the Glints website and/or platform, as well as other activities aimed at:
   1. Bringing in new users who register on the Glints website and/or platform; an
   2. New users submitting and completing job applications through the Glints website and/or platform.

b. Glints will provide, and Glints Student Network Members will receive, a Custom Referral Link containing a unique and specific online identifier ("UTM ID") for each member. This Custom Referral Link with the UTM ID can be used for the purposes mentioned above and will also serve as a marker for performance and the number of new users and job applications brought in by the member.

c. Glints will provide the UTM ID through a tool in the form of link creation sheets that can be used to generate unique links that include the desired UTM ID for each Glints Student Network Member.

d. Upon reaching a certain threshold of new users and job applications attributed to each member, Glints Student Network Members will be eligible for rewards, the details of which will be explained further in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Reward for the Glints Student Network Program

• Every Glints Student Network Member who successfully reaches a certain achievement level determined by Glints is entitled to receive a reward, with the reward scheme table as follows ("Reward"):

b. Glints Student Network Members are entitled to receive the above reward amount only if the following two achievement elements are met:

1. The Glints Student Network Member has successfully invited and/or encouraged new users to register an account on the Glints site and/or platform via the Custom Link Referral with each Glints Student Network Member's UTM ID.
2. Each new user who has completed the account registration process also completes and has submitted at least one (1) job application via the Glints site and/or platform.
3.  

c. If the new user invited by the Glints Student Network Member does not:

1. complete the account registration process; and/or
2. complete and submit at least one (1) job application process,
   then the new user invited by the Glints Student Network Member will not be counted as a new user attributable to the achievements of the Glints Student Network Member.

d. The method for calculating new users and job applications will follow the systems, tools, and/or methods used by Glints, which will be further explained in Article 5.

4. Reward Calculation Method

a. The reward calculation by Glints will refer to Glints' internal data, consisting of a tracking system used to determine how many new users have registered through the link with the UTM ID of each Glints Student Network Member.

b. The calculated reward amount calculated by Glints and communicated to the Glints Student Network Member is final and cannot be contested.

c. If the Glints Student Network Member finds discrepancies in the calculation of the number of new users and/or completed job applications, the following factors may apply:

• New users have not completed the new user registration process and/or the job application process by the time the calculation of new users and job applications closes.
• Fraud: Glints' system detects that the new user and/or job applications claimed by the Glints Student Network Member involve unusual activity, are not genuine users, or there is one identity used for more than one (1) account.
• New users do not register directly through the referral link within one (1) day, where the new user does not immediately create an account on the Glints application after downloading the application via the Custom Link Referral. (Example: New user A downloads the Glints application from the Custom Link Referral, then opens social media for a long time, and only then creates an account in the Glints application after opening social media.)

d. Glints is under no obligation to disclose the internal calculation data performed, as the Glints Student Network Member is aware and agrees that the calculation system and/or total calculations performed by Glints are the final results obtained by the Glints Student Network Member.

e. The reward calculation results will be communicated to the Glints Student Network Member in a leaderboard table accessible to all Glints Student Network Members, showing the achievements of Glints Student Network Members, including the rewards they will receive in each ongoing month.

f. Glints unilaterally reserves the right to cancel the achievements of Glints Student Network Members, new users, and/or job applications from the Glints Student Network Member if Glints finds violations committed by the Glints Student Network Member, including but not limited to:

1. Promotion containing Prohibited Content;
2. Fraudulent actions; and/or
3. Other actions that violate applicable laws and regulations
4.  

5. Program Period and Reward Payment Method

a. Reward calculation will begin from the program start date of the Glints Student Network Member and will continue until one (1) month after the program start date (example: the Glints Student Network program in December will run from December 12, 2024, to January 12, 2025).

b. Achievements and/or reward calculation results of the Glints Student Network Member will reset to zero at the end of each month.

c. Payment will be made no later than 21 (twenty-one) business days from the announcement date of the Glints Student Network Member's monthly achievements.

d. Regarding the implementation of the Glints Student Network program and/or its promotion, the Glints Student Network Member hereby grants Glints permission and authority to request, collect, store, and/or retain their personal data collected in registration forms and/or other forms related to the Glints Student Network program, including:

1. Full name of the Glints Student Network Member (as per ID);
2. Address of the Glints Student Network Member (as per ID);
3. Bank account details;
4. Bank name used by the Glints Student Network Member;
5. Full name of the Glints Student Network Member as in the passbook (must match the name on their ID);
6. Tax Identification Number (NPWP)/National ID Number (NIK) for tax deduction purposes;
7. Electronic copy of NPWP/NIK for tax deduction purposes.

e. Payments received by the Glints Student Network Member, as shown in the reward report, represent gross amounts, where all applicable taxes will be deducted from the total reward received.

6. Personal Data Protection

a. All personal data of the Glints Student Network Member collected by Glints during this program will be processed per Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022), including its implementing regulations and/or other applicable laws and regulations

b. If there are errors in the personal data details within Glints’ control or if the Glints Student Network Member wishes to update their data, they may submit a request to Glints, accompanied by the corrected and/or updated personal data.

c. The personal data collected by Glints will be retained during the program period and after its completion only until the end of the retention period required by law or until destroyed at the written request of the Glints Student Network Member, which can only be submitted after the program ends.

7. Program Changes and Cancellations

a. Glints reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend, either partially or entirely, the Glints Student Network program at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice to anyone, including Glints Student Network members.

b. Glints has the right to unilaterally amend any regulations of the Glints Student Network program without prior consent from Glints Student Network members.

c. Glints also reserves the right to unilaterally cancel or terminate the participation of any Glints Student Network Member in the program and/or their eligibility to receive rewards at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspicions of fraud (including by the Glints Student Network Member), misuse, and/or violations of the terms and conditions of the Glints Student Network program.

d. At its discretion, Glints reserves the right to cancel rewards or incentives under the following circumstances:

• Glints identifies actions that could or have caused material or non-material harm to Glints.
• Content uploaded by a Glints Student Network Member contains sensitive or prohibited material, including but not limited to content related to ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup (SARA) issues, pornography, gambling, or other activities classified as criminal acts and/or actions prohibited by applicable law ("Prohibited Content").
• Glints identifies discrepancies in identity, indications of fraud, or other potential violations by a Glints Student Network Member during the implementation of the Glints Student Network program.
