How to Join Glints Student Network for Organization?

1. Make sure the PIC of the Organization has a Glints Indonesia account as indicated by the registered email address.
2. Register your organization through the following form: id.glints.com/registrasigsno-batch1
3. If your organization is selected, you will receive an invitation to join the WhatsApp group of the Glints Student Network for Organization Glints Indonesia program.
4. Start promoting the Glints job portal or vacancies on the Glints job portal with the ultimate goal of:
5. Invite people who do not yet use or have a Glints account to create an account on Glints and download the Glints Indonesia application.
6. Inviting people to use their Glints account to apply for jobs on the Glints job portal.
7. Glints Student Network for Organization registration will close on December 5, 2024.
   
   What are the Benefits of Becoming a Glints Student Network for Organization?

• The benefits of becoming a Glints Student Network for Organization are in the form of DEFINITE FUNDING with the following Funding scheme ("Funding"):

*Glints Student Network for Organization Members will only be able to obtain Funding if the number of new users who have registered an account on the Glints site and/or platform have also carried out and completed the job application process sent via the Glints site and/or platform (for further details, see Article 3 of the Terms and Conditions of the Glints Student Network for Organization program)

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Glints Student Network for Organization program is an official program owned by Glints Indonesia where every organization selected to become a Glints Student Network for Organization Member promotes Glints or products from the Glints job platform. This page is the terms and conditions of the Glints Student Network for Organization (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions").

1. Eligibility
Participants of the Glints Student Network program are as follows ("Glints Student Network Organization Member"):

a. organizations that are active communities or organizations at a university and/or high school/vocational school, legally represented by (i) the Chairperson of the organization; or (ii) an individual legally appointed by the organization through a power of attorney on official letterhead who is an Indonesian citizen with a minimum age of 17 (seventeen) years;

b. have registered for the Glints Student Network program on the official link provided by Glints; and

c. The organization (including its authorized representatives) has been selected and directly appointed by Glints to become a participant in the Glints Student Network for Organization program and agrees to all the Terms and Conditions of the Glints Student Network for Organization program.

2.Glints Student Network for Organization Program Mechanism

a. Glints Student Network Organization Members will receive an official invitation from Glints to join the WhatsApp group for the Glints Student Network for Organization program.

b. Glints Student Network Organization Members can share unique referral links that have been created specifically for each Glints Student Network Organization Member ("Custom Referral Link") through various media, with the aim of promoting: (a) job vacancies from Glints; and/or (b) downloading the Glints site and/or platform including other things with the aim of bringing:

1. new users who register on the Glints site and/or platform; and
2. new users carry out and complete the job application process sent via the Glints website and/or platform.

c. Glints will provide and Glints Student Network Organization Member will receive a Custom Referral Link containing a unique and specific online identifier ("UTM ID") for each Glints Student Network Organization Member, where the Custom Referral Link containing this UTM ID can be used for the above purposes and also functions as a marker of performance and achievement of the number of new users and processed job applications brought by Glints Student Network Organization Member.

d. The provision of UTM ID will be carried out by Glints by providing a tool in the form of a link creation sheet that can be used to generate unique links and include the UTM ID desired by each Glints Student Network Organization Member.

e. At certain achievement figures of the number of new users and job applications attributed to each member, Glints Student Network Organization Members are entitled to receive Funding, the amount of which will be further explained in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Funding for the Glints Student Network for Organization Program

a. Every Glints Student Network Organization Member who successfully achieves a certain number of achievements determined by Glints is entitled to receive funding, with the Funding scheme table as follows ("Funding"):

b. Glints Student Network Organization Members are entitled to receive the above offer amount only if the following 2 (two) achievement elements have been fulfilled:

1. Glints Student Network Organization Member has successfully invited and/or asked new users to register an account on the Glints site and/or platform via Custom Link Referral with the UTM ID belonging to each Glints Student Network Organization Member; and
2. Each new user who has completed the account registration process must complete and submit a minimum of 1 (one) job application via the Glints website and/or platform.

c. If a new user invited by a Glints Student Network Organization Member does not (i) complete account registration; and/or (ii) carry out and complete the application process for a minimum of 1 (one) job application, then new users who have been invited by the Glints Student Network Organization Member will not be counted as new users who can be attributed to the achievements of the Glints Student Network Organization Member.

d. The method of calculating new users, as well as job applications, will follow the system, as well as the tools or methods used by Glints, which will be explained further in article 5.

4. Funding Calculation Method

a. Funding calculations by Glints will be carried out by referring to Glints' internal data in the form of a tracking system used to see how many new users register via links with the UTM ID of each Glints Student Network Organization Member.

b. The amount of the Funding calculation results that have been calculated by Glints and have been submitted to Glints Student Network Organization Members are the final results and amounts and cannot be disputed.

c. If Glints Student Network Organization Member finds that there is a difference in the calculation of the number of new users and/or job applications that have been processed, it is possible that the following things have occurred:

1. New users have not completed the new user registration process and/or completed the job application process by the time the new user calculation and job application are closed.
2. Fraud: where the Glints system detects that new users and/or job applications claimed by Glints Student Network Organization Members are carrying out unusual activities and are not genuine users or it is found that one identity is using more than 1 (one) account.
3. New users do not register directly from the referral link within 1 (one) day; where new users do not immediately create an account on the Glints application after downloading the Glints application from the Custom Referral Link. (Example: new user A downloads the Glints application from the Custom Referral Link, then new user A opens the social media application for a long time and then new user A just creates an account on the Glints application after opening the social media application)

d. Glints has no obligation to disclose internal calculation data, as Glints Student Network Organization Members know and agree that the calculation system and/or total calculations carried out by Glints are the final results obtained by Glints Student Network Organization Members.

e. The results of the Funding calculation will be submitted to Glints Student Network Organization Members in one achievement table (leaderboard) which can be accessed by all Glints Student Network members to see the achievements of Glints Student Network Organization Members including the Funding that will be received by Glints Student Network Organization Members in each current month period.

f. Glints unilaterally has the right to cancel the achievements of Glints Student Network Organization Members; new users; and/or job applications from Glints Student Network Organization Members, if Glints finds any violations committed by Glints Student Network Organization Members where such violations include but are not limited to: (i) promotions that violate Prohibited Content; (ii) fraudulent actions; and/or other actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations.

5. Program Period and Reward Payment Method

a. Reward calculation will start from the start date of the Glints Student Network Organization Member program until 1 (one) month after the program starts (example: the Glints Student Network Organization program for December will start from December 12, 2024 - January 12, 2025).

b. The results of achievements and/or calculation of Glints Student Network Organization Member Rewards will be reset to 0 at the end of each current month.

c. Payment will be made no later than 21 (twenty one) working days from the date of announcement of the Glints Student Network Organization Member achievements in the current month.

d. In connection with the implementation of the Glints Student Network Organization program and/or promotions related to the Glints Student Network Organization program, Glints Student Network Organization Members hereby grant permission and authority to Glints to request, collect, store and/or preserve personal data of Glints Student Network Organization Members which will be collected in the registration form and/or forms related to the implementation of the Glints Student Network in the form of ("Glints Student Network Organization Member Personal Data"):

1. Full name of Glints Student Network Organization (according to ID card)
2. Glints Student Network Organization Address (According to KTP)
3. Glints Student Network Organization Account Number
4. Bank name used by Glints Student Network Organization
5. The full name of the Glints Student Network Organization according to the savings book (and must be the same as the name of the Glints Student Network Organization on the KTP)
6. NPWP/NIK number (for tax deduction purposes)
7. Electronic copy of NPWP/NIK (for tax deduction purposes)

e. Payments received by Glints Student Network Organization Members and stated in the Reward report are the total gross amount, where all taxes payable will be deducted from the total Reward received by Glints Student Network Organization Members.

6. Personal Data Protection

a. All Personal Data of Glints Student Network Organization Members collected by Glints during the Glints Student Network Organization program will be treated in accordance with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022) including its implementing regulations and/or other applicable laws and regulations.

b. In the event that there is an error in the details of the Glints Student Network Organization Member's Personal Data that is under Glints' control or the Glints Student Network Organization Member wishes to update the Glints Student Network Organization Member's Personal Data, the Glints Student Network Organization Member can send a request to Glints to make corrections and/or updates, where the request must be accompanied by information on the Glints Student Network Organization Member's Personal Data that has been corrected and/or updated.

c. Glints Student Network Organization Member Personal Data that has been collected by Glints will be preserved by Glints during the period of employment and also after the completion of the Glints Student Network program only until the end of the retention period of the Glints Student Network Organization Member Personal Data as required by applicable laws or until it is destroyed based on a written request from the Glints Student Network Organization Member where such request can only be submitted after the completion of the Glints Student Network Organization program.

7. Program Changes and Cancellations

a. Glints has the right to change, terminate, or suspend, either in part or in whole, this Glints Student Network Organization program at any time for any reason, with or without notice to anyone, including Glints Student Network Organization members.

b. Glints has the right to unilaterally change all regulations of the Glints Student Network Organization without prior approval from Glints Student Network Organization members.

c. Glints also has the right to cancel or terminate the participation of Glints Student Network Organization Members to participate in this Glints Student Network Organization program and/or to receive Rewards at any time and for any reason, including if the reason is due to suspected fraud (including by Glints Student Network Organization Members), misuse, and/or violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Glints Student Network Organization Member program.

d. At its sole discretion, Glints has the right to cancel rewards or incentives under the following circumstances:

• Glints finds any behavior that may or has harmed Glints materially or immaterially.
• Content uploaded by Glints Student Network Organization Members contains sensitive/prohibited material including: SARA, pornography, gambling, and other things that are classified as criminal acts and/or actions prohibited by applicable laws ("Prohibited Content").
• Glints found indications of identity discrepancies, fraudulent acts, and other potential violations from Glints Student Network Organization Members during the implementation of the Glints Student Network Organization program.
