How Do I Buy Tickets on the Glints Website?
Please visit our site at https://glints.com/expert-class after choosing the class you want to take. Before making a payment, you are required to sign up (if you don't have a Glints account) or log in (if you already have Glints account) and please complete the payment for the class you have chosen.
What Payment Methods Are Used for GEC Class Purchases?
We currently accept three types of payments:

- Bank Transfer (Mandiri, BNI, BRI, dan Permata)
- E-Wallet: OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, dan LinkAja
- Credits Cards
Currently, we do not provide transaction services through Gopay
Can I Buy More Than One Ticket for the Same Class?
Currently, we do not provide services to buy more than one ticket for the same class.
I Have a Promo Code to Buy a Class; How Do I Use It?

Select 'Buy Ticket' to make payment

Find 'I have a promo code' section, enter the code you have, and then click 'Apply'

Click 'Continue to Payment' and follow the following process to complete the payment process.

I’ve Paid but Haven’t Received Proof of Transaction; What Can I Do?
Yes, you can. Please send your complete data to e-mail hi@glints.id with the subject: GEC - PAYMENT PROOF REQUEST.
Please include the following format in the e-mail:

- Name
- Mobile phone number
- Attended class
- Proof of Transaction (proof of transfer from bank or proof of payment from other payment methods)
