You can change the status of a candidate's application in your job post with the following two steps:
Through "Manage Candidates"
- Open https://employers.com/dashboard.
- Look for the referred job post and select "Manage Candidates".
- Search for the candidate for whom you want to change the application status. If found, click "Move to".
If you change the status of a candidate's application to "Interview". a pop-up notification will appear, indicating that the candidate will be informed via email about the status change. The same applies if you change the status to the "Rejected" stage. Click "Proceed".
Candidates will automatically move to the selected application status.
Through "Glints Chat"
Select "Chat" at the top right of your Dashboard.
Search for the name of the intended candidate. In Glints Chat, you can then change the application status according to your job post criteria.
