Manage active and inactive job posts on the Glints for Employers website

Now, you can easily set up your job posts to match the available job slots in your company account.

If you want to inactive the job, click the 'Inactive' button.

You will then receive a pop-up notification to confirm disabling the selected job. Click 'Confirm'.

Once the job is deactivated, candidates cannot see it (unless they have the URL of the job opening), and no candidate can apply to the job vacancy that has been disabled.

This method also applies when you decide to activate your job that has been disabled.

Select the off section in "Job Listings", then select the job you want to activate. Click the "Inactive" button.

You will get a pop up notification to confirm the selected step. You can also see the remaining number of job slots that will be used after you decide to activate the job post. Click "Reactivate Job".

What if I want to permanently delete my job post on Glints?

Please note that Glints does not provide the option to permanently remove job listings from our site. As an alternative solution, you can simply disable your active job post as shown above.
