Each session consists of 45 minutes-2 hours, but the number of sessions will depend on the program following programs:

On-demand: 1 session (2 hours)
Mentorship: 1 session (45 minutes - 1 hour)
What language is being used?
Currently, all GEC classes use Indonesian, except for classes included in the International Class series.

The main program of GEC is a Live Webinar format with a duration of 2 hours (1 session), which aims to share and discuss practical insights from practitioners in the field through presentations and case studies.
The program consists of 2-4 sessions, intending to help professionals who are experienced in a field and want to learn more to apply it in real life.
The program consists of 5-8 sessions, intending to help professionals who are just starting to study a field to understand the concepts and knowledge broadly and thoroughly.
English class with Experts from various countries. From this class, you also get the opportunity to connect to build global connections.
Learning sessions are in the form of videos that learners can access at any time, so you can adjust the pace of learning according to your needs.
Intensive discussion session (1 on 1) with the Expert for 1 hour, with a direct approach that leads to solutions.
Is GEC integrated with the Kartu Pra-Kerja Program?
No, currently we are not integrated with the Kartu Pra-Kerja Program.
How long does it take for the GEC team to send the feedback form to email learners?
We will send a feedback form to email learners no later than H+2 after the class is over.
When can I receive my certificate after taking classes?
Glints Expertclass will send certificates no later than H+2 days to their respective emails, and please open the promotion or spam section. Here's a few steps to access the certificates that you have previously opened:

- Then you can find all certificates in the Glints Certificate section.
How long does it take for the GEC team to follow up on a learner who purchased a 'special' class (ex: On-Demand Series, Subscription Plan, etc.)?
For on-demand and subscription plans, after you have completed the google form, which you can access in the "My tickets" section, then select "get zoom link." We will process your tickets no later than two working days after you complete the google form.
If I wrote the wrong name when registering, how do I change the name written on the certificate?
For now, we are not able to change the name on the certificate that we have sent. For the next class, you can change your name in the Glints profile that you created earlier.
How do I get a payment Invoice?
