How Do I Get the E-certificate of the Class That I Have Taken?
The E-certificate will be sent D+2 from the date the class takes place automatically to the e-mail you used when registering via Zoom.
What if I Haven’t Received the E-certificate D+2 After the Class?
- Open the e-mail you used during registration, check the spam or promotion section.
- If it is not in the two sections, please e-mail to the address email@example.com with the subject GEC - CERTIFICATE REQUEST and include the data in the following format in the body of the e-mail:
- Mobile phone number
- Classes attended
How to Access the E-certificate That Has Been Obtained?
- Log in to your Glints account, click 'My profile'
- Then click 'Activity' and select the 'Glints Certificates' section.
