Can I Apply for a Refund?
Refunds are only valid if:
- Class canceled by Glints ExpertClass
- Participants do not get a zoom link to take the class you have purchased
Refunds are not valid, if:
- Participants cannot attend classes due to personal reasons (time, forgetting, connections, etc.)
The class that is followed is a class organized by the Partner.
How Do I Apply for a Refund?
Send an e-mail to hi@glints.id, with the subject: GEC Refund, include personal data in the body of the e-mail in the following format:
- Name
- Mobile Phone Number
- Classes Attended
- Proof of Transaction
- Reason for Refund
When Will the Refund Be Sent?
Refund will be processed a maximum of 14 working days after we process your refund request.
Will I Get a Notification After My Refund Has Been Processed?
You will receive a notification in the form of an automatic e-mail from Xendit containing the transaction information.
