The entire recruitment process at Glints is carried out by the company that provides job vacancies. Glints only facilitate these companies to post the job vacancies and applicants to apply for the job opening.
Therefore the duration of each stage in this process can be different.
Here is the recruitment process through Glints:
Pending Review
All candidates, when applying for a job, will change the status to "Pending Review."
Good Fit/Shortlisted
If the company is interested in the candidate, the company will change the candidate's application status to "Good Fit" or "Shortlisted," and an email notification will be sent to the candidate's email.
Interview/Assessment
At this stage, the company's recruitment team will carry out the internal "Assessment" process or give a series of tests to the candidates, and then the company will contact the candidate through the contact listed to carry out the "Interview" process.
Offered/Unsuitable
After following the "Interview/Assessment" process, the company will decide whether the candidate is accepted or not.
If suitable, the company will send an offer email, and the application status will change to "Offered."
If rejected or does not meet the criteria, the employer has the option to send an email notification or not, to give the information that the candidate does not meet the qualifications, and the application status will change to "Unsuitable."
Hired
After the entire process is carried out and the candidate receives an offering letter from the company, the application status will change to "Hired."
Job Closed
After the company get a good fit from the candidates, so they decided to close their job posting at Glints and the job can't be applied for the candidate.
