Before you view the candidates who are applying, make sure to log in first on the following page: https://employers.glints.id/login.
Within your employer's account dashboard, you can start managing candidates who have applied to your locker ads or applicants you've contacted previously through Talent Search.
To get started, click "Manage Candidates".
You'll be redirected to a different page where you can explore the various features of Manage Candidates.

Application status: You can see the stage of each application entered in your locker ad. When applicants submit applications in your locker ad, they will automatically be in the "Processed" stage. We recommend processing all submitted applications. Learn more about "Application status" here.

Search feature: Search applicants' names based on their current application status stage in your locker ads.

Sort applicants: Optimize the "sort" feature to see applicants who match your locker ad criteria.

Bulk option: If you want to change the application status of applicants in bulk, use the bulk option feature by selecting the desired candidate. Note that you can use this feature only if you change to the same application status.

Applicant information: Quickly view important information about applicants that you can consider when processing applications.

Sort: Choose to sort incoming applications by most recent or vice versa.

Chat: Initiate a conversation with applicants through the Glints Chat feature. Learn more about "Glints Chat" here.

Move application status: With this feature, you can change the application status of applicants based on the needs of your job post.
When you open Manage Candidates and sort through the incoming candidates, you can easily view a summary of their profiles based on the information they have entered on the Glints website. Simply click on a candidate's name, and a pop-up with the candidate's profile will appear, as shown below.
From this pop-up, you can also start changing the candidate's status or initiate a conversation through 'Chat'.
