How to Contact the Candidate in Glints Website?

Here is the new update for you. Now Glints have a new feature that the Company can contact the Candidate directly through Glints Website.

Follow these steps to know more:

• Visit Glints for Employer site first https://employers.glints.id/dashboard
• Then click "Manage Candidate"
  
  
• Choose one of the job posts or you can type manually the name of the candidate that you want contact
  
  
• Then click the name of the candidate that you want to contact and you will find the "Message" button on the candidate profile
  
  
• After you click "Message" button, you will able to see
  • Send a message to (candidate name)
  • Beta feature notes
  • First Message Template (you can edit the message based on your needs)
  • "Cancel" and "Send" button
    
• If you have done edit the message, you can click send and you will be directed to the chat view with the candidate
  
• But if you want to cancel sending the message, you can click "cancel". Then the pop up will close
