How to See the Message That I Have Sent to the Candidates?

If you have sent the message but you have difficulties to see the message that have sent to the candidates, you can follow these step:

• Visit this link https://employers.glints.id/dashboard
• Then you will find "Chat" icon next to "My Profile" dropdown button and click the icon
  
• After you click the icon, you will be directed to the "Chat View" page
  
• On the "Chat View" page, you will able to see:
  • On the left side, you can see Candidate Initial and Name; Time of Last Interaction; and Last Chat preview
  • Selected chat will be highlighted in grey with blue line on the right hand side of the chat box
    
  • On the right side, you will able to see "Chat" view which the message that you have sent to the candidate before
  • And you will able to see:
    - Candidate profile picture and the name as the chat header
    - Time of last interaction
    - The icon (...) to manage participant
    - Timestamp of the interaction if new chat / non active after hours
    - Chat bubble with the candidate and the timestamp under the chat bubble
    - The profile picture of the user
