Please note that currently, notification settings for applications or chats between the Glints website and the Glints app are separate. Additionally, the Chat to Apply feature is not yet available in the Glints website. Please refer to the following article for information on application and chat notifications in the Glints app.
Application Status Update Notifications
When recruiter changes the status of your application or sends a message through Chat to Apply while you're not actively in the Glints website, you will receive an email notification containing any chats you haven't seen in the past 24 hours. The email notification will appear as follows:
You can reply to the chat directly from the email by clicking the "Reply" button. Then, you will be redirected to the Play Store to download the Glints app, where you can respond via the Chat to Apply feature.
Set Notifications on the Glints Website
You can manage notifications regarding job applications and job recommendations on the Glints website. Go to https://glints.com/id and click the dropdown in the upper right corner next to your profile photo, and select "Account Settings".
Next, navigate to the "Notification Preferences" section. Here, you can choose which types of notifications you'd like to enable, such as application updates or job recommendations. If you activate these, all notifications will be sent to the email address registered on Glints. Don't forget to click "Save Changes".
