Before proceeding with the account deletion process, it is important to note that if you have previously used Glints ExpertClass, you cannot delete the account on your own. You can do so by contacting Glints via email at hi@glints.com with the subject "I want to delete my Glints account" with the following format:

If you have never used Glints ExpertClass and want to delete your account, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to https://glints.com/id then go to the top right corner and select "Account Settings".
- In the Account Settings tab, select "Help & Support". You will find "Manage Account". Please click on the arrow-marked section if you have never attended Glints ExpertClass before.
- Please type "DELETE" following the instructions provided to proceed with the account deletion process. After that, click "Next".
- Please choose one of the following options before proceeding to the "Next" step.
- Please provide a reason for deleting your account here. This helps our team process your account deletion and will be our feedback in the development of Glints products and services. Once done, click "Confirm Deletion".
Please note that Glints may require additional verification before deleting your account. Additionally, once your account is deleted, all your data and information will be permanently removed from the Glints system and cannot be retrieved.
