What If I Can't Access/Download the E-Certificate That I Have Previously Opened?

If you can not access or download the certificates that you have previously opened. Please visit your glints profile, select the activity section.

then you can click "Glints Certificates" and then you can find all certificates in the Glints Certificate section.
