To create a company profile or post job listings on Glints, companies must upload legal documents for our team to verify the authenticity of the business and prevent fraud. If you experience difficulties uploading legal documents, follow these steps:
Make sure you already have a Glints account with an employer/company role. If you do not have an account, you can register via the following link: https://employers.glints.id/signup
After logging in, go to your Dashboard. You will find several sections where you can verify your company account, such as the Employer Dashboard, Notifications, and Company Profile page. Click "Verify Company" to proceed.
You will see two verification methods along with their respective benefits. Choose the method that best suits your qualifications.
Verification with Company Documents
If you choose to verify using company documents, you need to provide the following information:
- [REQUIRED] Original Company NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, max 10MB
- [REQUIRED] Company NPWP Number
- [OPTIONAL] 13-digit Company NIB (Business Identification Number)
Once all required information is entered, click "Submit".
You will receive a notification confirming that your company verification request has been submitted. Please allow 2x24 working hours for our team to process your request.
If your account is successfully verified, you will receive a notification, and you can start posting up to 5 active job listings simultaneously and accessing premium features on Glints.
Your company will also receive a verification badge visible on your Dashboard.
Verification with Proof of Ownership
If you choose to verify using proof of ownership, you need to provide the following information:
- [REQUIRED] WhatsApp Verification
- [REQUIRED] Personal NPWP/KTP (Taxpayer ID/ID Card) in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, max 10MB
- [REQUIRED] Personal NPWP Number
- [OPTIONAL] 13-digit Company NIB
- [REQUIRED] Photos of Offline/Online Business Activities (minimum 2 attachments)

Once all required information is entered, click "Submit". If your account is successfully verified, you will receive a notification, and you can start posting up to 3 active job listings simultaneously and accessing paid features.
I Did Not Receive a Verification Badge
If you verify your account using the Proof of Ownership method and your account is successfully verified, you will not receive a verification badge. The verification badge is only granted to accounts verified with Company Documents.
To enhance your credibility and attract more candidates, we recommend verifying your account with legal company documents. Learn more about the verification badge on the following page.
My Company Verification Failed
If you have uploaded the required information, but your verification status appears as "Verification Failed," this may be due to the need for further verification of your legal documents.
To resolve this, click "Update Verification Details". Review the reason for verification failure carefully. Provide the correct information to avoid multiple resubmissions. Click "Submit" once the information is complete.
My Account Hasn't Been Processed for More Than Two Days
If your verification request has not been processed within two working days, please contact our team at hello@glints.com with the subject "Company Verification". Our team will follow up to ensure a timely verification process.
