I am currently on Growth Subscription and want to upgrade to the Scale Plan. How does the upgrade process work?

Will my payment for the new plan be prorated based on the remaining time left in my current Standard Plan?
Yes, the payment for your new plan will be prorated based on the remaining time of your current Standard Plan.
Can I keep my existing job listings when upgrading to a new package?
Actually, all the jobs within the subscription are treated equally. There's no distinction between free and paid jobs anymore. As for the package you haven't used yet, the Glints' sales team will contact you to come up with a plan.
Downgrade my Subscription Plan
I am currently on Scale Plan and I want to downgrade to Growth Plan due to unused active job listings slot. Would it be possible to downgrade?
Downgrading to a lower package plan is not allowed. You may continue to use your current plan until it ends, and change to a different plan for renewal.
