It offers a list of candidates relevant to your job openings, showcasing their profiles, backgrounds, and more.
Our system analyzes your active job posts and match them with the most suitable candidates from our database. You'll receive a list of recommended candidates, making it easier for you to find the right fit for your team.
Accessing the "AI Matches" tab reveals candidates aligning with job requirements and preferences.
Viewing concise information about each recommended talent.
Initiating chat with the selected talent using available credits.
Actively engaging with recommended talents, initiate meaningful conversations, and connect with the right talent efficiently.
Please note that you can utilize 50 invitations FREE candidate chats at the beginning of using AI Matches in one active job listing. If you have used AI Matches more than 50 times, then you are required to start using the AI Matches credit balance.
