Recommended Talents is a premium feature from Glints that provides employers with tailored recommendations for potential candidates based on our extensive internal database. It offers a list of candidates relevant to your job openings, showcasing their profiles, backgrounds, and more.
Our system analyzes your active job posts and match them with the most suitable candidates from our database. You'll receive a list of recommended candidates, making it easier for you to find the right fit for your team.
How Does "Recommended Talents" feature works?
Accessing the "Recommended Talents" tab reveals candidates aligning with job requirements and preferences.
- Reviewing approximately 30-40 potential candidates upon selecting the active job.
- Viewing concise information about each recommended talent.
- Initiating chat with the selected talent using available credits.
- Actively engage with recommended talents, initiate meaningful conversations, and connect with the right talent efficiently.
Please note that you can utilize five FREE candidate chats at the beginning of using Recommended Talents in one active job listing. If you have used Recommended Talents more than five times, then you are required to start using the Recommended Talents credit balance.
I want to purchase Recommended Talents' credits
If you're interested in using Recommended Talent to obtain the most relevant talent for your job listings, you can purchase credits under the "Features" menu, then click "Purchase" on the Recommended Talents section.
Please choose the package that suits your needs.
You can purchase Recommended Talents, through Glints Credit or manual payment. If you decide to do the purchase through Glints Credit, then you will likely find two conditions, namely your Glints Credit balance is sufficient or not enough.
Purchase Recommended Talents with sufficient Glints Credit balance
After selecting the Recommended Talents package and your credit balance is sufficient with the package you choose, then your credit will be deducted automatically. If you agree, then you can click "Pay with my credits".
Buying Recommended Talents with insufficient Glints Credit balance
After selecting the Recommended Talents package but your credit balance is not enough with the package you choose, then there will be information that you have to pay more according to the conversion of the less credit price. If you agree, you can click "Other payment options". After that, you can continue paying via methods you desired. If completed, the Recommended Talents will be added automatically according to the package you choose.
Using Recommended Talents credits
Please note that the Recommended Talents feature can be used if you already have an active job listings. You can start activating your job listings first or start creating a new job listing if you haven't created one before.
- Login with your employer/company account in the Glints employer website.
- Choose the "Recommended Talents" menu. Select your active job listings that you'd like to view.
- A list of recommended candidates will be visible on the page. You can start scrolling down and look in detail according to your preferences.
- You can maximize the use of filters in viewing recommended candidates as well.
If you find a candidate that matches your preferences, start using your credits by clicking "Chat/Initiate Chat" .
In addition, you can request CVs to candidates during this session. For information, the primary message sent to the candidate after you click "Initiate Chat" cannot be edited. You can start a conversation with the candidate through Glints Chat!
The Rules of the Recommended Talents' credits
Is there a refund policy for unused credits?
Unfortunately, credits are non-refundable. Make sure to utilize your credits wisely.
Can I carry over unused credits to the next month?
No, unused credits will not rollover to the next month. It's essential to utilize all credits before the expiration date, as they will be reset.
What happens if a recommended candidate rejects my chat initiation?
In the event of a rejection, credits used for the chat initiation are non-refundable. Consider exploring other recommended candidates to maximize the value of your credits.
