What is the Glints Credit?
The Glints Credit is a new system that allows you to purchase credits where you can store to use for all of our different Glints premium features. As for now, it is available only on the website. You can visit https://employers.glints.id. 

How does the Glints Credit system work?
The Glints Credit makes your recruitment process easier since it allows the company to pre-purchase the credit and use it later based on needs without using it in a timely manner. The credit can also be used by all the company employees. The cost of each premium feature will be deducted from the credit balance accordingly.

Why should I use the Glints Credit system?
Enhanced Flexibility
The Glints Credits allow companies to purchase credits in advance without immediately allocating them to specific premium features. It gives the flexibility to acquire credits upfront without having to decide immediately where to allocate them. It provides the freedom to make decisions about credit allocation at a later time.

Streamlined Processes
Once credits have been added to the company account, the checkout process for all other premium features becomes simplified. Companies can seamlessly proceed with their purchases using the credits available in their account. This efficient checkout flow enhances productivity and reduces administrative burden.

Employee Empowerment
With Enhanced Flexibility, larger companies benefit from Employee Empowerment. After the admin purchases credits, other employees within the organization can utilize these credits across various premium features. This empowerment allows employees to make independent decisions regarding credit usage based on their specific needs. It fosters a sense of autonomy and enables efficient resource utilization across different departments or teams.

What happens with my current purchase with different premium features?
Please note that there will not be any changes to your current plan. However, for now, if you want to see the plan you have purchased or subscribed to, the display is usually shown below:

Will the price for each premium feature change when using the Glints Credit system?
Please note that the price for each premium features remains unchanged, just like when you purchased them separately back then. However, the Glints Credit system simplifies the purchasing process by allowing you to pre-purchase credits and store them in one place. This makes it easier for you to track and utilize your credits based on your immediate or future needs.

For the information, the credit cost and usage are different for each of the premium features:
1 Recommended Talent chat = 1 Glints Credits
1 Hot Job = 300 Glints Credits

As for now, Talent Search is not available for any Glints Credits system. If you want to use Talent Search, you can refer to this link for further assistance.
