Currently, whether you are a VIP or non-VIP employer, the UI for processing applicants in Manage Candidates appears as follows:
To enhance efficiency and provide a more exclusive platform experience, we are introducing a new feature called Full Access Profile Limit, which will be displayed as follows:
Full Access Profile Limit introduces limitations for employers when managing candidate recruitment. Previously, you could:
- Access and view candidate contact information.
- Initiate chats with candidates.
- Change candidate statuses.
- Perform all recruitment processes for applicants to your job postings without restrictions.
With this feature, the above activities will now be limited to:
30 full profile accesses per job posting for non-VIP employers.
To continue processing candidates without restrictions, you will need to upgrade to Glints VIP.
These changes will take effect on 30 December 2024 and will apply to both the web platform and the employer app.
Please note that:
- If you change a candidate's status from "Chat Initiated" to any other status except "Rejected" or engage in a conversation, your balance will decrease.
- If you change a candidate's status from "Chat Initiated" to "Rejected", your balance will remain unchanged.
-
When the balance runs out:
- Candidate information/resumes in "Chat Initiated" and "Rejected" will be inaccessible.
- Employers cannot update candidate statuses in "Chat Initiated" and"Rejected".
- Employers can still process or chat with candidates in statuses other than "Chat "Chat Initiated" to "Rejected," .
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there a charge to view candidates who have applied to job postings?
At Glints, we aim to provide the best experience and satisfaction for our users. After reviewing the recruitment flow in Manage Candidate, we found that maintaining and improving this feature requires significant resources. To ensure continued investment in its enhancement, we have decided to transition it to a paid model. This change allows us to maintain quality while focusing on adding more value in the future.
Will all features on Glints eventually require payment?
Not necessarily. Each feature is evaluated based on the value it provides and the resources needed to maintain it. Some features will remain free, while others, like Full Access Profile Limit in "Manage Candidates" may be monetized to support continuous improvements and innovations.
Will Manage Candidate see improvements with Full Access Profile Limit?
Yes. By upgrading to Glints VIP, you gain full access to candidate profiles in "Manage Candidates" and enjoy all the benefits of VIP membership. This not only unlocks Full Access Profile Limit but also enhances your overall experience with additional VIP features. For more information, refer to our article on Glints VIP.
How will this change affect my current access?
If you are a non-VIP employer, you will still have basic access for a limited time. Non-VIP employers can process up to 30 applicants per job posting in "Manage Candidates".
